Our founder, Aaron Hess, began his career in New York City, mastering the art of fine jewelry under the mentorship of his father, the world-renowned American designer Jose Hess. Immersed in the Jose Hess Inc. studio from the mid-1980s through 2002, Aaron gained comprehensive, hands-on experience in every facet of the process—from the initial spark of a design to the final, exquisite polish.

Beyond his family legacy, Aaron worked with a few prominent New York City manufacturers to create pieces for iconic retailers like Tiffany & Co., Zales, and Bailey Banks & Biddle, as well as for numerous high-profile celebrities.
